Like most women, Yanet is mostly concerned with toning her legs and glutes. She trains her legs at least three days per week using high-volume resistance training workouts. However, she still makes sure to train her arms and upper body at least one day per week.

Yanet Garcia Glutes And Legs Workout

  • Exercise #1: Kneeling glute kickback, 3 sets of 10-15 reps

For this routine Yanet performs a wide variety of leg and glute exercises. She starts with a couple of glute isolation exercises: the kneeling glute kickback, and the kneeling glute sidekick.

The first exercise primarily targets the gluteus maximus, while the sidekicks target some of the smaller muscles in the glutes.

After that, Yanet performs a wide variety of exercises for the rest of her legs including trampoline jumps, battling ropes with bands around her knees, and single-leg leg presses.

So what does her diet plan actually look like?

Yanet Garcia eats up to 6 times per day. She says these smaller, more frequent meals help fuel her workouts and give her the energy she needs to complete her busy work days.

Intuitive Eating

Yanet Garcia says that she uses an “intuitive eating” approach to her diet.

She doesn’t count her calories, and she definitely doesn’t count the exact number of proteins, carbs, and fats that she eats in each meal. Instead, she just “listens to her body” and eats what she thinks she needs based on her hunger and energy levels.

“I have learned to eat healthy without having a diet and being disciplined with my exercises.”

Yanet focuses on eating healthy foods during the week. However, on the weekends she pretty much eats whatever she wants!

This may even include desserts and pastries.

“I can eat anything I want on weekends. I find pastries and desserts very hard to resist.”
