- Exercise #4: One-arm cable pushdown, 4 sets of 8-12 reps
- Exercise #5: Diamond push ups, 4 sets of 8-12 reps

Simeon Panda performs a total of 5 exercises in this triceps workout, including a healthy mix of compound and isolation movements.
He starts the workout with one of his favorite triceps exercises: the ez-bar close grip bench press. He says this is a great alternative to the regular bench press, as it is much easier on your shoulders.
“The close grip bench press feels fine on my elbows.
But when I do something like a skull crusher, my elbows come into play and it doesn’t feel good.”
After that, he moves onto a variety of isolation exercises for his arms, including 2 different types of cable pushdowns.
Finally, Simeon Panda finishes off his triceps with the diamond push up! He says this is one of the best versions of the push up for your triceps, as the closer hand position hits your triceps much harder.
“When you’re doing this exercise, you have to choose where you want your hands. You can have them very close, but it depends on your comfort level.”
