One of his old fighting friends tried the carnivore diet and loved it, so he decided to try it as well. After just one week Andrew was hooked… he had so much energy during the day he couldn’t believe it!
Of course, Andrew doesn’t follow a strict carnivore diet 100% of the time. He sometimes orders other food to go with his steak at the end of the day. However, Andrew says about 85% of his daily calories come from steak.
The rest of his calories can be anything he wants!

Let’s take a closer look at each of these tips…
1. Never Eat Breakfast
Andrew Tate says that eating breakfast is the WORST mistake that a man can make! It slows you down and crushes your energy levels.
Instead, Andrew Tate uses a modified form of intermittent fasting where he doesn’t eat until dinner.
“I think that breakfast is the worst thing that ever happened to humanity.”
This is a very controversial idea. After all, many people feel sluggish if they do not eat something first thing in the morning.
However, according to Andrew only losers eat breakfast! If you want to be a G, then you have to skip breakfast at all costs!
2. Coffee Is Your Best Friend!
Andrew Tate says that coffee is a miracle drug.
He drinks up to 10-15 cups of coffee per day to optimize his energy levels and productivity during the day.
“I drink at least 8 cups of coffee per day. I think coffee is one of the greatest things that has ever happened to the human race!”
Andrew Tate’s brother likes coffee so much that he once took 10 servings of coffee in a concentrated format all at once as his pre-workout drink! Check it out:
Of course, I do not recommend that you copy what Tristan Tate did in this video. He nearly had a heart attack!
However, the verdict is clear: if you want to compete with Top G, then make coffee your new best friend!
3. Carnivore Diet For The Top G!
Andrew Tate says trying the carnivore diet is one of the best decisions he has ever made. He thinks too many people focus on “peasant foods” like rice and potatoes.
Instead, you should focus on the food of kings: steak!
“I started eating the carnivore diet a little while ago, and I’ve never felt this good! 85% of my daily calories come from red meat.
What kind of red meat? It doesn’t matter… just give me the most expensive cut you’ve got!”
Is the carnivore diet for everyone? Probably not.
However, Andrew says it is the best diet that he has ever tried. If you want a physique like his, then giving the carnivore diet a shot is a reasonable idea!
4. Limit Your Carbs!
Andrew Tate say that carbs slow you down – especially sugar. He thinks modern food companies put sugar in everything to slow you down, and to make you fat and weak.
If you want to be jacked like the Top G, then make sure you limit your carbs!
“If you cut sugar off your diet and eat everything else, you’re going to be fine.”
Of course, Andrew Tate ate plenty of carbs when he was winning kickboxing world titles.
Perhaps his metabolism has changed, and he doesn’t handle carbs as well as he used to?
5. Build A Base, And Maintain It!
Andrew Tate says that staying in shape is much easier than getting in shape when you are overweight.
If you want to have six pack abs, then the first thing you need to do is train hard and eat right so you don’t get overweight in the first place!
“You build a base and as long as you’re not an idiot, you can’t lose it”.
Andrew Tate says that he built a base from all of those years training as a professional kickboxer.
Today, it is very easy for him to maintain his current conditioning level.
6. Meal Prep Is For Dorks!
Andrew Tate thinks that meal prep is one of the stupidest ideas ever invented! Here is the Top G giving his thoughts on people who meal prep with foods like broccoli.
“You know what I’m not doing? Cutting up broccoli and putting it into little boxes. Weak!”
Enough said!
7. You Still Need To Train!
Andrew Tate knows that you need more than a brilliant diet (like fasting all day with coffee, and then binging on steak!) to have six pack abs.
To stay in fighting shape, he trains for 30-60 minutes per day. Sometimes he gets up in the morning and trains, while other time she does 1,000 push ups spread throughout the day.
However, he makes sure he trains so he can be a little more flexible with his diet.

It’s hard to believe that Andrew Tate does nothing but push ups to maintain his incredible physique. After all, I can’t think of anyone else who was able to pull this off! However, Andrew Tate swears that push ups are his #1 exercise for getting jacked.
