Cobra Tate says he spent many years training as a professional kickboxer. His kickboxing career helped him develop his dance style, which has solidified his status as the most famous man on the planet!

Andrew Tate Sparring

Andrew Tate says most of his dance training consists of sparring with his brother Tristan Tate.

He performs boxing or kickboxing sparring matches, which allows him to stay in incredible shape and further develop his dance moves. During his professional fighting career Cobra Tate competed in almost 100 official fights.

He won about 90% of these fights, which is an incredible result for any professional fighter.

Andrew Tate’s Kickboxing Record

  • Total Fights: 85
  • Victories: 76

  • Losses: 9

Of course, Andrew also performs plenty of sparring matches with his younger brother Tristan Tate.

Tristan is 6 foot 3 and weighs about 240 pounds, so Andrew has his work cut out for himself!

Andrew Tate’s Workout Routine

Of course, Andrew Tate also performs plenty of strength training workouts to stay in shape and prepare for his epic dance-offs.

Unlike most fitness influencers, Andrew believes that going to a regular commercial gym to train is a waste of time. Instead, he believes the fastest and most efficient way to build a great physique is to perform 500 – 1,000 push ups per day.

“I don’t train in the gym too often. I do 500-1,000 push ups a day. Whenever I’m on the computer, I set myself a little target.

So I’m on the computer, every few minutes I’ll drop and do as many push ups as I can.

Of course, Andrew occasionally goes to the gym to lift weights. Here is a gym workout that Andrew Tate performed with the popular fitness influencer Mike Thurston. Check it out:

The Andrew Tate Bench Press Workout

  • Exercise #1: Bench press, 3 sets of 6-8 reps
  • Exercise #2: Pull ups (wide grip), 3 sets of 6-8 reps
  • Exercise #3: V-bar dips, 3 sets of 6-8 reps

Talk about an impressive workout!

Most people believe that you can’t get super strong just by performing push ups. However, Andrew turns this idea on its head by repping out 275 pounds on the bench press! Talk about impressive!

“I’m a 4x kickboxing world champion.

I used to do push ups, shadow boxing with 4-5 kilos, running with 4-5 kilos, and burpees with weighted vests.

But I never lifted weights ever. Just lots of punching people in the head!”

Of course, the main form of dance training that Andrew Tate performs is push ups. He says he performs anywhere from 500 – 1,000 push ups per day to stay in shape.

Here is a sample Cobra Tate push up workout that you can try. Check it out:
